The Second Beginning… 

Here it goes, a Bobcat comes in and brakes its way into the pool to demolish it. The goal is to remove the complete pool and deck. The whole pad has to be properly set. The house will be extended on both side. A new combination infinity/flow rim pool will be built on the edge…

While the pool demolition is going on, workers are removing all the vegetation from the street side. We are just keeping the fruit trees which will be on a drip irrigation system. The rest of the front landscape will be a drought resistant landscape with virtually no watering.

Finally to be able to remove the deck, the balcony has also to be torn down and the foundations removed.
